Who we are

OXODI is a 2D and 3D game art studio based in Türkiye. In this policy, "OXODI", "we" and "us" mean the studio that runs oxodi.com. If you have any question about your data, email contact@oxodi.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service and timeline you choose, and the project details you write.
• Artist application form: the information you enter about yourself and your work, such as name, email, skills, portfolio links and expected rate.
• Site assistant: the questions you type are answered inside your browser and are not sent to us. If you type your email, the assistant copies it into the contact form (using your browser's session storage if you are on another page); nothing is sent until you submit that form yourself.
• Order tracking: order status, notes and work-in-progress images are stored encrypted with Wix, our hosting provider. Only someone with the tracking code can read an order, so please keep your code private.

We do not ask for payment details on this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your message, prepare an estimate and agree a project with you.
• To review artist applications and contact artists about suitable projects.
• To keep our site secure and prevent spam.

We process this data because you asked us to (to take steps before or under a contract), and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and protecting the site. This corresponds to Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.

Who processes it with us

• Wix hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf.
• Google reCAPTCHA checks form submissions for spam. Google's privacy policy and terms apply to it.
• Artists working on your project may see the brief and project details they need, under confidentiality.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Some of these providers may store data outside Türkiye; we only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page does not contact a font provider. Our hosting provider and reCAPTCHA may set technical cookies that the site needs to work and stay secure. Some features, such as the site assistant and the order tracking demo, remember their state in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project communication for as long as we need them to answer you, run the project and meet legal obligations such as invoicing and tax records. When we no longer need the data, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. These rights are set out in Article 11 of KVKK and in the GDPR. Email contact@oxodi.com and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
